Okada plasma direct coils

hey i recently change my spark plugs decided to go with pulstar(lets see how that goes).. but i also being looking into this Coils this are comparable with the G35 and 350Z, so my guess is it could work on our FX..

my question is.. have any of you guys tried this before?

It seems like you could do more proven, beneficial mods with that $1000. Could be worth a try though.

with that money I would get a 3.9 final drive (cost more though )...

Just talked to my friend He have a G35 he bought this coils and he told me that the improvement and power difference was intantly and you can notice it ASAP.. I asked him to keep me posted

Yes i am doubting between these and the HKS also. The okada's will set you back 1K but the HKS say roughly 500,- but you need the harness for an additional 250 dollars. so the price difference isn't that big. Still say 250 but thing is the whole DLI-II system needs to be wired.....i can't confirm if it will directly fit our FX wiring or if any adjustments need to be made ( Jeff....?? ) and the okada's are plug and play.....yeha i know i'm just lazy :tongue (2):

Jeff how is your experiance with the HKS DLI....?? and is it easy to install...??

okada's are well worth the money if you are higher on hp. as far as the dli, it is plug and play.

Update: I've got the coils and the plasma lift, the lift if a substituted for the HKS DLI-II.

One down side on the lift is that they don't have a wiring harness for the VQ35DE yet. Working on it as i write this reply.
But i have the time as my plan is to mount it all end of the winter if all goes well so they would keep me posted.....otherwise some wires need to be cut. But prefer pkug & play so will wait and see what they come up with.......
