Right now we are thinking to order all these braces from Gtspec and bring them to US. Will take couple months. Unfortunately, pricing will be 10%-20% higher without the group buy. Not sure if people want to pay the MSRP pricing on these.
 
I think you should. Even 10-20% is better than not getting at all. I will buy the two braces i signed up for if you decide to do this
 
I really wanted the front strut tower brace but i didnt want to delete my engine covers & leave it naked!!
 
wudup zebra i might be interested. I dont mind getting it shipped to a usa address - I have a post office in point roberts.
 
We didn't it, unfortunately. Actually GTspec is really struggling right now. Pretty much 60%-70% of their products are on constant backorder.
 
How long is the wait for getting the Rear 2 Points Lateral Brace, Front to Rear tie brace and front strut brace for a 2010 FX50S?
 
Hey Zebra, any luck with anything? I'd be interested in a front strut and rear lateral for an FX37/QX70S if there's still a chance at this.
 
I called GTSPEC in NY on SEP 15. They said the parts for 2009+ FX35 and FX50 will not be available until end of November because its not popular. I really think the guy just gave me a date in the future hoping I'd forget by then and not call back! lol doesn't sound like they would be producing any. I've been looking for the front strut as well. I did find the rear lateral brace (GTS-SUS-1391) off ebay and bought it for about $103. Would love to get my hands on the front strut and possibly other GTSPEC parts.

Pretty disappointing since there are no alternatives, even Stillen made a Gen1 bar. Ultra Racing looks like junk.

I found the Summit bar for sale but it's $300. Unnecessary premium for the same thing, especially when I prefer the GT Spec blue.
 
I powdercoated mine in red lol it'll be ready in a few days and Im installing it next week. will post a pic. I'll get in touch with GTSPEC in a couple months to see if they changed their mind about manufacturing the braces for our rides.
 
Anybody have an update on GT Spec parts? I'm still looking for a gen2 front tower bar. Ahh...
 
GTSPEC production for our 2nd gen FX is dead. why dont you try the other stuff advertised by the new vendor on this forum. I have installed my front strut brace and its pretty ok.
