Yeah, I saw the pics before I read his post and saw no license plate and the CF emblem insert, so I knew it had to be you.
Then I read his whole story and was surprised/confused that a guy was driving it lol
But yeah that would suck if it were stolen.. or someone stealing off the "omgitselaine" swag.
 
Just now driving in my Aunt's neighborhood in Mesa, AZ. I believe black 1st gen, looked to be railless. It was dark out, so this is what I could make out.

If you mean omgelaine's, i think I see some paper temp tags in the rear window. She mentioned still waiting on plates from the dealer due to a mix up.
 
I spotted a cleannn, white one in Brooklyn, with black oem 20s Going down FLATBUSH, and played a bit with my 1st gen red sedan, but I recently got tuned =)
 
Spotted this FX35 with Arizona plates on my way out of the Paramount Studio's parking structure, so I parked myself next to it for a quick pic :)

Here are some spotted pics I took while I was in Chicago. Most of them around Michigan Ave. There were tons of FXs, I've never seen so many in one city. Wish I could have taken photos of them all to see if I spotted any of you!

everyday i spot fx's back and forth, old woman mostly. In LA 1st gen fx's died out. Back in 03 04 05 06, there were alot of modded fx's and young guys drivin it.
