Sad is a person who is illiterate in their native tongue. Being fluent in two languages and literate in one puts you way ahead of the majority. At least in this country...
 
^ :( i can't write chinese either, but i can read.... alot of bananas are illiterate in their own language but really being able to speak fluently is already enough, unless you plan to work in china, most documents are done in english nowadays

I misused the term "native". I meant to say that lots of people are illiterate in the only language they use. Being literate and fluent in one language and fluent in a second is impressive, not sad.
 
Yeah but Atom is in Chicago, and those guys are in Canada land. Unless he took a trip north, but I doubt someone would go to the trouble to report a vehicle from another country to local police.
