Spotted a white FX35 this morning on the 10 west around 6:45am close to Vincent and Sunset exits. They had chrome 22's and not lowered.

I was cruisin' D town tonight, and someone in a black FX came outta nowhere and blew past me. Ended up following them for a mile before they went right and I went straight at the next light. License had alot of x's, and started with x21 I think.
