Sat 9:00AM - Spotted 1st gen white FX on HWY 101 just north of Santa Barbara.. guy was parked on the off-ramp?!?!? with hazard lights on.... i think he was on the offramp(not the emergeny lane), couldnt get a good luck, was passing a truck
