It's at Madison Street and Lavergne Avenue (Knocked the GoPro off him).

Bicyclist tend to think they own the roads now. However the guy in the fx was blocking the bike lane and all the kid said was bike lane bro.

I just don't see what the bicyclist did on the video to warrant the guy for chasing him down and assaulting him. Imagined if he had hit someone else either walking or in the car, how would he explain that?
 
There is a cut in the video at the 4 second mark. Something else happened during that cut that escalated the situation. So, the bicyclist probably isn't as innocent as he appears in the video.
