OEM Dual Headrest DVD Accessory Kit Question

Hi guys, I have a 2010 fx35 with the oem dual headrest. My drive seat one does not shut off anymore and it will not let me switch source either. I had it replaced once by Infiniti but now I am out of warranty. Have anyone heard of any fix for this or anyone else having the same problem?

The passenger right screen works normally.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I have a 2010 fx35 with the oem dual headrest dvd monitor. The kids can actually listen to the movie while you are driving through the main headunit. e-brake only need to be on if you insert dvd into your main unit up front to view video. otherwise you can still here it while driving. I have done this before with my nephew in back seat.
