Does anyone know how to put a switch on the cluster to shut it off while driving even if everything on the cluster does not work when shut off

I still not sure what OP trying to say. My guess, he wants to drive in stealth mode? If so, don't turn on the headlights. Your odometer cluster will not be lighted. Oh, you will have to tint the rear bumper reflectors too.

add on off switch to speed sensor so no speed reading is send to your cluster, same as cluster backlight, but why?

I hope the OPs intention is not to rollback the odo. If it is, well... this is really the wrong forum to ask the question. There are just certain lines out there that are not meant to be crossed.
