Hi PNW, My name is Sergio, Im stationed on Ft. Lewis and I just picked up an '05 FX35. I am hopping to meet up with forum members in the area to get an Idea of what to do with my FX. I also have a G35 sedan.
 
We just had one with Logan, la_fx35, and myself yesterday! Once Wayne (gee35fx) is going to be in town this fall well have another one hopefully

Hi all, picking up my black FX45 this weekend, looking forward to meeting up with you guys. Fairly new to the modding scene (except audio), but fell in love with vehicle and definitely will be pouring love into it! Would love some good tips / tricks / friends.

P.S. If for some ungodly reason the purchase fails, I will be the one on the ledge of one of the I-5 bridges downtown!
 
^ congrats man. Stay away from Lance (Logan). He's a bad influence, especially considering you have a 45
 
Hi guys, thank you. Lol Logan ... as in the motor? How many HP, how many miles on it, and what is cheap? Someone already tried to PM me and sell me an exhaust "cheap" at 2x the cost of it new (some people just can't help trying to take advantage I guess). Regardless, mine will only have 50k mi, so I should probably wait and get more useful life out of mine first...
 
Hey Visceral, welcome to :iS2: I was on a road trip with family and got to meet sir21(Nick) and Lance in Seatlle,both have good vision in moddings. Be ready to pour much love into these vehicles. Love a black FX45. Been thinking of repaint mine to black.
 
Hah! 1,500 dollah make you hollah. Unless you have a hole in your head or a hole in your wallet you don't want to take on this swap.......would be a torque monster tho'

Thanks la_fx35! Yeah, there seems to be quite a lot of skilled and knowledgeable people on this forum. Probably one of the first things I'll do it add a sub since I like bass and already have the gear in my 545i. I noticed your setup, did you have to do a custom fiberglass box, or were you able to find a pre-fabricated one? I hate trying to mess with the Bose systems, so I'll probably leave the rest stock for now. I have done full deletes in the past, so not familiar with the DICE product...do you need to use this, or can you just use a converter like and LCi6 (which I already have)?
