Notorious Slip/ VDC Off light , but still runs fine. Question though

So at first it happened every other week. now it happening every time we turn on the car. My question is that I'm only getting those two lights. no brake. abs , or check engine lights have ever illuminated. Now is this a code that can be checked? if so can someone like autozone do it with a quick scanner or can only the dealership do it? I've researched and it just seems like people get more than just those two lights. Heads up I just changed my front rotors and pads and my brake fluid and it was doing it before both of those. so i'm just kind of at a loss. thnx for any advice.

One quick thing also I'm not sure if I'm going nuts but I know for a fact once I pass 65 MPH my car is not registering the right speed. I know a lot of people have said wheel speed sensor could throw these lights on. just a thought.
 
Check your brake fluid level, if it is near or below the minimum add some, since low fluid can trigger those lights.​

Your speed sensors might be clogged or dirty. You can try cleaning them up and see if the problem goes away.
