No more Caddy XLR...Happy with FX45!!

Hey everyone. I just recently traded in my 2006 Cadilac XLR for a 2005 Infiniti FX45. I loved the car but man did it have its share of problems. No wonder GM is having problems. Any who. Really looking forward to seeing what things can be done to make the FX stand out even more! Love the way it rides!
 
welcome from a caddy man too, it's really a shame what the state of american cars have come too... enjoy your infiniti, you won't look back & miss a thing :tongue:
 
Welcome! I've been here about a week longer than you. Everyone seems to have mods here. I used to have a 97 Pathfinder with lots of performance and cosmetic mods in the days when I was single and had a disposable income. :-) I thought that was just a phase that I had to go through and that I grew out of, but recently I've been bitten by the bug again...and here I am doing my research. :-)
 
Most of the FX owners are goin thru a mid life crisis hahahaha thus the mods.
 
I'm in that age group too. :-) My brothers and cousins are all younger and they have nice sports cars. The FX was as close to a sports car I was going to get, since I have two young boys...and the wife is too cool for a mini-van. :-) Fell in love with the FX when it first came out...glad I bought one.
 
Mid life crisis?....Umm....Im only 27. Hope this isnt the mid point for me. lol. I got away from the Cadilac XLR ... It was funny to drive around town and see other XLR owners in their 50-60's (on average anyway) checking out my ride. lol. Time for a nap.
