Nissan Juke-R, a Nissan Juke styled and powered by a Nissan GT-R

When I was in England a couple of months ago and I saw a couple opf Jukes that were done up with wheels and some exterior body mods. Wish I had taken a few pics. I always thought the Juke as an Ugly Duckling, but those Jukes looked HOT

sounds sickk cant wait to see it...reminds me of all the new mini's their coming out with. fast little cars these days...

A while back I read an article about Vettel's edition FX50. Infiniti is now working on their own company that will be like AMG for Merc. They started thinkin' about it only after Sebastian Vettel gave them an idea. Dunno why nobody from infiniti never thought about it before... Maybe because our cars are still competitive while being stock? I remember when FX came on the scene in 2003 everybode screamed that it was faster than Merc's ML AMG. Now the new FX50 is almost as fast as the new ML63, being just stock. Maybe this is the answer why they never did anything like AMG for Infiniti before... And what about know?
In my opinion, the best way was to make an FX-R, not Juke-R. Maybe Infiniti engineers think that 530 twin turbo horses are too few for big fx and only enough for a little Juke?
Maybe... Nobody knows...except them))
Maybe they have another strategy... As all we know, FX is best in it's class. If we compare it right. We can compare FX37 with BMW X6 3.5i or BMW X5 3.5i or Merc ML350 or Lexus RX350. And Infiniti will definitely win with huge advantage. We can compare 0-60 times. We can compare comfort, reliability, price, options, designs, uniqueness, ANYTHING!!! FX will take the first place. Also, we can compare FX50 with BMW X6 5.0i or BMW X5 5.0i or Merc ML500 or Audi Q7 4.2 or Touareg V8...(or even v10) - FX wins!
And only if we start comparing our lovely FX50 (sometimes even FX37 as I seen somewhere on the YouTube) with X6M or ML63AMG or Cayenne Turbo S or something like Touareg W12 we will get a bad result. Why? Because this cars ARE ONE STEP HUGHER, AND THEY ARE TOTALLY NOT STOCK! They are especially made to kick asses, they all have turbos or superchargers. They cost TRICE the price of FX50! For example, here, where I live, you can buy X6m starting from $260000. FX50 fully loaded costs $100000. 1/4 mile For BMW is 12.8 sec, 1/4 mile for FX50 is 13.6 sec. Huge difference??? NO!!!!!!!!!!
So, here's my idea: I believe that Infiniti will soon give us a present with something like a FX50 with a VK50VETT engine)) I'm almost sure! And this car will kick asses for such bullys like Turbo S or X6M. We only have to give the engineers from Infiniti some time and appreciation)) After it's release, this car will be the fastest. Again =) In Any class))

Thank you for attention. Sorry for writing it so long))

I dunno about that video. How do they have the sound of the car on a dyno but can't show the actual car on the dyno.

From the videos before, that exhaust note is sick. I'd love for my fx to sound like that. I have to say for nissan to embark on a project like this and for it to evolve the way it did, this is pretty damn nice. lol

Nissan has confirmed the official performance specifications for the Juke-R that has been treated to the GTR's 3.8-liter V6 twin-turbo engine. It confirms the special model as the world's fastest crossover. The Juke-R can accelerate from 0-62mph (0-100kph) in just 3.7 seconds and hits a top speed of 160mph (257kph). This is quite a substantial improvement over the regular 4WD Juke that takes 8.6 seconds to accelerate and has a top speed of 124mph (200kph).

Playing an audio clip only in a video window is not uncommon on the tube.

Nissan has announced that its insane Juke-R super-crossover will be built, but in a very limited run and on a build-to-order basis.
Nissan has already received three orders for the Juke-R, which is estimated to cost close to $600k.

I'd rather give $200k to Turbocad and see what he can come up with=) Forget quad headlights, octo headlights.
