Nismo headers+Kinetix Plenum

Not that it really matters, but I was under the impression that aft the TB is more of a concern. Since the plenum was changed on his setup, the connection, or mating area is now diff than before. Just something to check.
 
anything leaking after the mass airflow meter is not good because it's not air that is measured, but yeah, anything after the throttle plate itself will cause a higher idle & is air entering the engine both un measured & un controlled by the throttle plate/ air bypass.. a leak before the throttle plate won't directly affect idle other than causing an incorrect airflow reading, which in turn may affect idle, but not directly...
 
Which is pretty much what I was getting at . . since idle speed was called out as his main issue.

didn't mean to imply that bro:tongue: just wanted to clarify the "not an issue" comment, when it still could be an issue... ok, maybe not HIS issue, but a gross leak between the maf & the tb can be an issue is all I ment:smile:
