Nighttime Camera Clarity

My cameras are good at night....very clear. It's weird for the 1st second you can't see anything and then it's almost like infrared where a second later you can see everything although it's not like green or anything. I think the outside of the car lights up when the camera mode is on not sure...maybe your mirror lights outside not turn on and maybe that is what makes a different. Either way, you should have no trouble seeing...like when I'm in my garage or night time getting in/out I can see everything very well.

By the way, the calibration is a must. Takes time, but my cameras are perfectly align, better than factory in my opinion.

The computer realigns the video image based on the cameras that were original equipment. Replacing the cameras would most likely completely throw off that alignment.
