It will fit, you could actually space them out a little if you wanted, but it's not necessary. Will be slightly sunk in, but not a ton depending on tire. 285/35 will be a tiny bit smaller than OEM, 285/40 will be slightly larger, your choice. 285/40 would probably be better since you're not lowering.
 
Should fit with 285/35 tires. You will need at least a 25 mm spacer to have the wheel flush with fenders.

Yeah, agree with what shadow said on the tire. Go with 285/40 since you're not lowering.
 
Forgiveness is easier than permission. Typically big boxes just show up here...wife has just accepted that I buy a lot of car stuff and she barely asks what it is anymore. It helps that she's into modded cars.
