First post here, thanks for all the great info I have found so far.

I have a QX70 and am looking for wheels, the 18's just look ridiculous. Considering 20's and am looking at these right now:

Niche Sport Circuit 20x10
5x114.3, +40mm offset

My question is will the +40mm offset get me flush with the fenders?

It depends on the tires and if you are lowered or not. with a 285 tire i think you will be pretty close in front while in the back i would run a 10mm spacer.
 
Close in front, not so much in rear. Maybe a 15mm in the rear if you're not lowered. What size tire are you planning to use?
 
285/50R20 is not close to stock. 285/45R20 is closer to stock, 265/50R20 and 295/40R20 are ideal. You could also try 275/45R20 for a 10" rim; it is closer to stock than 285/50R20 and looks good.:good:
