NHTSA Investigating 2013 Infiniti JX35 for Alleged Automatic Braking

Been using IBA on the JX all day today with no issues. Might be user error as the IBA system is NOT even made to bring the car to a complete stop. It's only purpose is to aid in extra brake force distribution when the forward collision warning detects an impending collision.

It's just coincidence the occurrence happened on the same road, same city, same location..... no where else in the country. just stay tuned b/c i dont think it's going to be an issue
