Hello guys I am interested in buying a 04 fx35 awd I have a few questions I hope you can help me out. I am interested in the akebono bbk is it a direct bolt on and what other parts do I need does anyone have a pic with 80 series flowmaster exhaust on there fx and one more question what is the widest wheel I can put up front I would like to do 10 inch all around concave cause I know u can't do staggered on a awd. Thanks in advance

And yes no problem running 10" width on tires all the way around some here have 10 .5".
Just need to make sure you get the right wheel offset.
 
Welcome to IS! The Akebonos will take some modifying to get it to work. There are some videos with the 80 series Flowmaster exhaust on YouTube too. As for the wheels, I have similar setup to what you are looking for. I am 10" width all around, but if I could do it again, I would've gone 10.5" minimum. I have custom staggered lips/concave too, so I wouldn't affect the AWD.
 
Thanks for the welcome guys .i read the bbk write up but it's geared more for the rear not much info on the front does anyone have a parts list or pics I can look at. Thanks.
 
Welcome to IS! You happen to be conveniently close to the expert who pioneered the Akebono BBK retrofit. Turbocad is from Brooklyn and he helped set up a number of members from the tri-state on that project.
