Newbie here looking for gift suggestions!

A couple things I suggest would be a good 1/2" drive Torque Wrench , if he doesn't already have one, or a gift certificate to his favorite automotive supply or aftermarket shop.

Lucky dude. Most of my recommendations were already mentioned, but the Rear Cargo Organizer (~$125). I've bee pleased with my version since the trunk always gets messy.

THAT rear cargo organizer is AWESOME...my wife and I both LOVE IT. A MUST if he doesn't have it yet!

I'm not sure if there are lighted door sills for 2004 available, but I LOVE them and he might too if he likes that kind of stuff.

I agree with the rear cargo organizer.. Makes life easier.. And hey, at least he will be a little happier going to the grocery store.

Did we hear yet what mods he already has?

Also, we should have a contest trying to guess who it is. :wink (2):

I have someone in mind.... But Stephanie probably won't approve. Definetly will be fun when the person finds out/gets gift and then we can start guessing

i'm 75% sure who it would be... the remaining 25% still a huge risk percentage :nerd (2):

I am also fairly confident who it is. If I am correct, StephanieP gave some pretty obvious clues early on. If I'm not, than oh well...pretty cool of you to sign on here seeking suggestions!

S**t I hope it's me!!

Pets as gifts should really be discussed prior to procurement imo. Responsibilities, expectations and commitments need to be thoroughly discussed by all parties involved.

May I suggest:
1. Trackday (for the FX or motorcycles. If he's interested in bikes, I think that Keith Code still runs a superbike school where you can rent one of their bikes).
2. Remote start is a cool idea (you can even download that iphone app that interfaces with it... If he has an iPhone. How cool would it be if you snatched his phone while he was asleep on Christmas Eve, downloaded the app, then on Christmas morning, started his car with his phone?!!?).
3. Guns and/or range time (if your state permits). I've been droppin' hints for an M4 (just a giftcard so that I can purchase my own)...
4. Plenum Spacer
5. Headers
6. Pool table/TV (depending upon budget)
7. Really cool watch?

My wife and I have been involved with a rescue organization for years. I can't tell you how many times a pet was abandoned or neglected because it was given as a gift..... but we digress.

Anyway, second vote for gun time on the range.

id also recommend a OEM trailer hitch. good if you guys like the outdoors and is thinking of getting a new toy to tow around ( boats, atvs, bikes, snowboards)

Thanks porkandbeans, I was looking into that but not a lot of good options where we live.
Thank you to everyone who has posted ideas! I can see why my husband likes this forum so much since everyone is so helpful! I think I have figured out what I am going to do to the FX. I hope he likes it! I will let you all know how it went after I give it to him. I don't want to post it yet in case he has figured me out. Also, to the people who have sent me pm's, thanks so much and sorry I haven't responded. I guess I still have not posted 10 times. Sigh. I would have tried harder to get to 10 but I have a little one to care for so not much time to spare!
