Low miles (90k), perfect paint, near perfect leather, but with a dash of unbounded hideosity.

I see a couple of overlay options referenced here and elsewhere, but interested in advice from folks with a preferred fix?
Also, have a 2012 Nissan Maxima with the same (?) engine that has 316K miles on it, running low octane gas. Would I get away with that on the FX?
