for 24's your looking around $3600+ including tires and for 22's anywhere from $2800+ with tires

Nope no rub, they are perfect, and they sit flush

That's weird that they fit flush because the offset is relatively tame, even at 10" wide. Do the wheels sit flush or the tires?
