New Wheels and lowering question

Hey all, my stock chrome chrome rims are slowly falling apart and thinking of new wheels and lowering springs. I am Considering the Axis Mod wheels, 20x10. would those fit my current wheel setup. I am running 265/50/R20. would they fit with the springs also? Thanks

All depend on the offset. Compare the offset offered on the axis mod's with the +40 offset on the oem's. But, with a 10in width and your plan on a drop I would not got over a +30 offset without the possibility of rubbing issues. Also, the brand and size of the tire will have some affect of the rubbing issue with the drop.

Lots of info on the board about wheels, drops and tire combinations.

Also, our old member and moderator psiclne has those exact wheels.

To keep this subject short, I'll just say he left for personal indifferences w/ one or more members on here. It's too bad there was no resolve, but it's all history now.

ok, fair enough, but back to my subject, what offset should i do. i have kumho tires.

I read this somewhere:

He has to go with 20x10 cuz the 20x8 (I think thats the other size they come in) wont clear the brake calipers. Also you can see on mine even the 20x10 barely clears it. In our bolt pattern they only come in those 2 sizes. Offset was stock I believe on both sizes. I have to double check on that . Tell him hes got to go with 20x10 no other choice.
