Hey Guys, newer to the scene as an owner. Have been in the infiniti world for about 10 years working as a service advisor, warranty administrator and service manager. Hope to get some feedback and suggestions from the forum and looking forward to new ideas the infiniti community can share...

I worked at the same dealership as David many years ago when I was a lot attendant and he was a service advisor. Since then he's moved to a different dealership, but he is now their service manager.
He is extremely knowledgeable, and also a big car guy himself. Should be a great added resource to the community.
