i made the jump from a 2012 g37sedan sport to the 2013 fx37

looking to add some new wheels 22x10.5
can i run 25offset?
i cannot find a straight answer

Welcome. The offset should work just fine, if you are not lowered, IMO.

so the 22x10.5 with offset 25mm will work great,will they poke out if the fenders stock ride height?
it I were to drop it down the road with h&r springs will it rub running the 285/35/22?

It will rub. You need to roll the rear defender to prevent your tires being shredded.
 
It is the offset that pushes the wheel further out that will cause the rubbing on hard corners or a dip on the road. The 38 offset will most likely clear, but you sacrifices the stance. If stance is not so important to you, then 38 offset will be good with no rubbing.
