New to the brand

Hey all,

New to the brand and just picked up a 2009 Fx35 awd a couple days ago... Went from a BMW 328i to a 2012 Jeep Wrangler... hated it and decided I needed something slightly more useful but sporty and came to the conclusion that the Fx was the answer.

I'm super happy with the purchase!

Black exterior, dark brown interior. Still have to figure out all the gadgets and how to change the time etc on it.

Also going to swap out the stock wheels after winter and don't really know what to get although thinking of Vossen.

I was surfing the forums because I love good quality sound and needed advice on the stereo... A bit disappointed with the Bose going to be honest- needs bass BAD... So will be doing something with the sub there but haven't decided yet. Might throw in a kicker hideaway (had it in my Jeep and it was excellent)....

I traded in my Lexus IS a few years ago for my FX, and I haven't looked back. This forum is a great resource, and i'm sure you'll find it very useful.
FYI - I felt the same way about the stock Bose stereo, so I recently did a full upgrade with new speakers, sub, and amp. Definitely go for it if you're looking for better sound.
