Hi, just picked up a QX70 and trying to learn about the car.

Want to see if it s worth lowering, springs or coilovers, also an exhaust, which one?

I would suggest intake, then exhaust are a must in my opinion!
The H&R springs are low enough for me with just about 2 fingers tire to fender gap. But then depending on how fat are those fingers .
