This is the best forum for every FX enthusiast! Lots of tips!! Wish I have found it earlier. I own my black 2004 FX35 AWD for nearly five years now, and love it, but like everybody went thru some of the mishaps, like bearings I had them replaced in the first year. I had a bad bearing on the rear right side, and in the first winter the car behave crazy, the sensors were recording different spins of the wheels and were constantly trying to correct it… as a result the car was fishtailing and it was impossible to drive it with more than 50 km/h. I just had a new set of Michelin tires and was confident the winter will be a breeze, I nearly died when I hit the first patch of ice at 120 km/h. the dealer was not able to replicate the conditions… until it was out of warranty when I broke the bearing in the next spring… after replacing all bearings all that disappeared and my FX behave admirably in winter… I just replaced my door looks actuators following the write-ups from this forum. Thanks!!! I am planning to lower my car and do some of the mods seen on this forum! Will post pictures soon… thanks again!
