First of all, where is the aftermarket wheels thread? Looking for new wheels for my 17 QX and have many choices of course. I want 20's and am going to run 295/45/20. Since this is the wifes car we have to agree on the wheel. I have narrowed it down to a couple but this is the front runner right now. 20x9.5 with a 35mm offset. My only worry is the offset, don't want it to look ricey, want it to look classy. Anyone have a set of the rims from this seller on ebay or similar? I know i'll need hubcentric rings.

Google a rim offset calculator. At 9.5" and +35 offset, you should still be well within the wheel wells, but the calculator will tell you exactly how much more your tires will stick out over stock, and you can decide for yourself if this is acceptable or not...

So I picked a set of rims, they are gorgeous can't wait to get them on the car! Now I need a set of hubcentric rings, the rims are 73.1 what is our stock center bore? I am also going to get the VDO aftermarket TPMS, anything I need to know about that that I don't already know?

So I test fit the wheels on he car today, can't say I'm loving the offset but i guess I can live with it. The only thing that I have a big issue with is the centercaps won't fit now. Anyone have an idea where I can find some centercaps that might fit??

Does it stick out TOO much? Not enough? And what's with the center caps? The thingy in the middle can't possibly be poking it if it sits out an extra 1.1"...

Yes they stick out too much. pretty much flush with the fenders if not a bit more. And yes the hub bolt sticks out too far for the center cap to fit.

That can look ricey if not done right... And will probably rub with any drop...

Weird to think that the rims stick out more, but the OEM center hub bolt hits the center cap... I get the rims are concave? Not sure if there's anything you can do about that...

Got the new wheels and tires will be here monday, can't wait to get them on the car!
