New Owner of a 04 Fx

This past weekend I picked up my first FX. Loved the vehicle since it first came out. I was able to pick up a 04 AWD with the sport, touring, navi, and tow packages for under 20,000.

So far very happy and lovin it!

You loved the FX since it first came out and your gonna love it even more now that you get to drive it everyday! :driver:
 
Hey everyone. I too just bought my first FX35 (2004 AWD) about a month ago. Very excited! I will take pics and put them up soon. Found a black one with wheat interior and 68k miles w/technology package etc for $18,000. Figured that was a pretty fair price. RNAGenetics, I'm in AZ as well. I'm up in Phoenix/Scottsdale and I'm a UA grad. I come down to Tucson every now and then for work to recruit. Maybe we can meet up sometime in the future.

Anybody have any recommendations or tips I should know about right out of the gate?

Hey Tktangent, sounds like a plan. I'm sure I might have seen your Fx on Autotrader. My previous car was black and I just couldn't get myself to do another black vehicle. Love the looks when they are all cleaned up and sparkling just hard to keeep em that way.

Thanks everyone for the welcomes.

I got the dealer service records this past week. The driver door actuator, oil o-ring, driver seat tracks, and fuel sender unit have all been recently replaced. They had the brakes done at the dealer which only have 10k miles on them. From what I can tell based on records the tires have roughly 13k. The previous owner was pretty religious on the 3,000 mile service. Definitely felt better after seeing the records.

Of course I have to fight with the wifey because it sits up higher then her car.
