Hi All,

I'm up in Calgary, Alberta (cold as hell right now) and just purchased a "new to me" 2009 Infiniti FX35. I've been a little puzzled about the lack of acceleration I've been experiencing in the 60km/h to 80km/h range which led me to this site.

The answer, as far as I can tell, is shift logic. At 60km/h, the transmission is in either 6 or 7th gear to save fuel and takes a lot of throttle to get it to downshift.
