2007 Infiniti fx35
Hi everyone, just bought my 2007 infiniti fx35 December 23rd(my christmas present to myself) with 55K miles(94K kms) and i love how it drives. I love how it feels on the road and the quickness. I have the Sapphire Blue and love the color as well

My plans are stereo upgrade first, since i'm a stereo guy. Right now i have a set of Hertz Mlk 165 components and a Audison 2.500(200x2) amp to power my components. I have two Stereo Integrity 15's that i'm debating on putting in(if they take up too much room i will only use one) SO just looking around to get some ideas on the install

Anyways, just wanted to say hello to everyone, gotta go, got more reading to do

Hey welcome. I have Hertz in my doors with the tweeters and they have a nice snap to them. I'm running 400w tho, with a 10" JL a powered sub.
Two 15's ! That's a lot of pump!

Good luck and enjoy!!

go canada go woooot

new guy saying hello

Hello everyone. Just wanted to say Hi. I bought a 2007 Infiniti FX 35 Sapphire Blue on December 23rd, my Christmas gift to myself. Love the way it drives and the handling. Almost grabeed a x5 and a ml350. Sooo glad i found this. I have around 60k miles(96 Kms). It's a American vehicle that i bought here in Canada. Future plans are intake, headers, exhaust and sound system I am a stereo guy so sound system will be my first mod, than rims than performance. Been doing a lot of reading on here. So much that i've learned thanks to yo guys

anyways, just wanted to say hello, gotta go do more reading, see ya

Welcome.
Congratz on the purchase. Nice to see a fellow Tdot member.
ya... if you're a stereo guy... you willl find the sound system on the FX a bit disappointing.
I was thinking of upgrading it too... but changed my mind after hearing the sound system
from the Engine. That's all I listen to know....

Well i'm just debating if i want to cut a hole in my door to fluch mount the tweeters. Love the car and don't really want to damage it like that. Might just leave the factory mids and highs and may just add a amp for bass. Probably won't use both 15's unless they can fit and still give me a little trunk room(doubtful). Are most of the guys who do a stereo upgrade using a jl audio cleensweep or something of the likes

welcome aboard! The Infiniti is'nt an american vehicle though. :smile (2):

^^^ think he meant originally Sold new in america, now in Canada, eh, lol...

Welcome to IS enjoy the ride and congrats!
