Whats up guys i just signed up at infiniti scene because i just purchased a black 2014 qx70
and plan on doing alot of mods to it like int. leds,fog leds and that famously talked about aero kit!! Found alot of interesting stuff on this site so i figured
id join!
 
Welcome to the site Edwin and congratulations on your FX.
Definitely go for the Aero kit, it really transforms the FX. I have the front spoiler installed and just purchased the rear under protector this week. Get the kit as soon as you can because they don't make them anymore.
 
O wow i wasnt aware of that. I was just gona get it at the dealer beggining of spring. Now ill get it asap then!
It does come painted as far as ive researched. And i think a 2011 black fx35 should fit my
qx. Im just alil curious if its gona affect my sensor inside the bumper at all but i wont know untill its on

They say not to install the front spoiler if you have the tech package, but I don't know anyone that has had issues with the sensors with the tech package. I have installed it on two FX's with tech package and no problems whatsoever.
 
Thats great to know. Thanks alot for that info. Im deffinitely gona get it then! And ill take some pics of it once i put it on
ill also try to take some pics while i do the install. in the mean time im gona upgrade the stock
4500k d2s bulbs to 6000k philips d2s & the fogs to 6000k cree 30w leds.

I might just get the whole kit. How much lower do the sideskirts bring it down?I just need the vin# from a black 2010-2011 fx right? Guy at dealer told me there was no listing for 2012-2014

Yes you need both, but they are a lot of money that is why I am just going with the front and back. It looks best with the whole set though.

They are not different options and you need both for them to work, you can't have one without the other. It's crazy expensive for practically something so small

Sooo i finally got got my full aero kit delivered!! All black. Looks gorgeous!!! Gona try to put it on spring time right after the snow. I just had one question. Do you guys think the dealer will say anything about it if i ever bring the car in for warranty repairs or it affecting my warranty since mine has the tech package?
