New FX45 owner

Hello,

Had to sell my built Ford Lightning to have a vehicle that was more family oriented as we now have a child. After looking around, I decided on a FX45 as I like the original styling, features and power.

Picked up a loaded 2003 white FX 45 recently and really enjoy the vehicle. Now let the modding begin, looking at a new exhaust system, xm radio,HID fog lights, and I would like to get the factory smoked tail lights.

Looking forward to checking out the site for suggestions and seeing what others have done to their FX's.

I don't have a photobucket account so I will add pics later.

Welcome to the forum Warren! Most of the 1st gen mods (suspension, intake, exhaust etc.) are shared between the 35's and 45's. Power performance mods for the 45 are somewhat limited BUT the electric fan conversion, intake and exhaust followed by the UPREV dyno tune will do nicely for the 45. Check the Garage signatures to see what others have done as well.
