New FX Owner

Hey everyone :smile (2): " NEWB " here !!!

I've been on IS for a few days now and thought I'd " officially " introduce myself here with my very own thread saying ummmm Hiyas :hello: of course my name is Elaine and thus far it seems as if I'm the only female member here ahem ahem which is a bit intimidating but it's cool ......... a big girl here wink !!

I'll be picking up a brand new FX 35 tomorrow morning and I cannot tell you how soo soo excited I am ................ i probably won't be able to sleep tonight :eek.: !?!?!

I'll be trading in my Lexus IS 250 for the FX which I have honestly admired for years and should had purchased one years ago but didn't really need that large of a vehicle ............. I do now since I have a little one to haul around and the IS was much , much too cramp in the rear !?!?

I'm in the NY/NJ Tri State area and I don't see tons of FX's here so it'll be nice to be " special " :wink (2): !!! I'm in the medical field and have lots of hobbie ........... lots of good ones ( skiing ) and bad ones ummmm don't ask :tongue (2): !!! I'm hoping to get great ideas on the new ride ( like the video in motion ) and be part of the IS community !!!

Welcome to the site Elaine and congrats on your new FX, they are fantastic rides.
Did you have a G35 before the Lexus, I thought you were also on g35driver.

Welcome to the Scene! It sounds like you have a pretty good history of quality auto enthusiasm. Like said, there are a few chicks around here, so its not the TOTAL dude fest it seems. I'm sure you'll hang just fine.
There's lots of info here on practically any mod you'll want to do.
 
From an IS to iS, how serendipitous. Welcome to the scene, Elaine. What year will be your new FX?

EDIT: I guess you did say "brand new", so a '12 FX35 then?

Hhmmmm I PMed Perry at Infiniti here at IS cause I saw his thread about a Red start / stop button that I saw and loooved !
Also looking at the video over ride mod as well hhmmmmm ?!

Hmmmm ........... sausage fest :neutral: !!!! Well ........ I grew up with 3 brothers and have always gotten along better with " boys " rather than girls soooo like i said before I'm kinda used to being one of the " boys " wink !! Thanks for the welcome !
 
Hi Elaine, it's cool to give "Thanks" to all your post but the intent of it was more than just a simple "thank you". Use it when member goes out of his/her way in helping. You can always go back and undo the "Thanks" on each post.
 
Welcome Elaine to this great site. There seems to be an influx of new women members coming in....GREAT.

Our resident lady member since 2007 is Asherchy....but she's MIA lately...:hmmmm:
