Glad I finally found a decent FX forum to post on, I joined one yesterday that was totally dead.
Anyways, I just purchased a new to me 2009 FX35 AWD umbria twilight/wheat, premium, tech, nav 22,XXX. Loving it so far, took it up to the mountains to go snowboarding the day after I bought it. It's a pretty big upgrade for me, previously I owned a 2002 bmw 3 series coupe. I will never own another BMW. So far I love my FX.
I've always been interested in modding but mods will have to wait a while for me as I've just found out within the past week that my wife is pregnant and that she was also accepted into CRNA school that starts in June so, needless to say we're going to be a little on the broke side for the next 2 years or so. Maybe I can cash in my piggy bank and get a new set of wheels as I'm not really loving the look of the factory 18's.
We live in Tucson, AZ. Over the past couple of years we have been travelling pretty much non stop but with my wife being pregnant and about to start grad school we'll probably be stationary for a while. If anyone lives in the Tucson/Phoenix area hit me up maybe we can go grab a beer or something.
Anyways I'm glad to be a member of the forum.
