New 2013 Infiniti JX?

We had an 06 murano (CVT) and it took a while to get used to but it would be hard to see in an infiniti. It was nice on certain roads that required intermittent downshifting.

No it's going to be smaller than the QX, but bigger than the FX like right in between. It's more like an Audi Q7 competitor, Mercedes R class, or the 7 seater Acura MDX competitor.

I can see Infiniti having a big market for these though with soccer moms. Some complain the EX/FX are too small inside and others complain the QX is too big and drinks too much gas.

Put a 4 cylinder gas saving engine into a moderately sized vehicle for people wanting more space in this price segment and you have the one you been looking for. I don't know why people keep saying it looks like a Highlander though. It looks nothing like it. Actually it looks more like the Benz R class. Last time I checked the Highlander was huge with a big boxy look. The JX has a sloping roof line and looks more curvy like the FX.

Lines aren't bad, the loose plastic bag "cladding" is off putting though and will be loud on the freeway.

From the teaser, doesn't look like that 2012 model will be getting LED daytime running lights. Looks to me that the fogs will be the DTRL.

If thats the case, don't think any of the Infiniti's will be getting LED's.
