Need to Replace Radiator

So I topped off radiator with funnel on I over filled funnel turn car on revved it let it idle for 10 mins no bubbles turned on heater at 90 but feels like 70 left the heater on for a minute it's not over heating but I plugged the funnel and turned off car

I'm pretty sure I'll be due for a radiator soon, I have the e-fan conversion on my FX45, I've read the 35 and 45 has the same radiator, but when I go look at the radiators they have different part numbers. I'm thinking of going ahead and getting the 35 one to make sure I'll have the tabs for the e-fan, any input guys?

I ended up using the Denso 221-3244 that some folks had suggested. $85 on amazon. One thing I will say, is that the air filter is definitely in the way. Spent an unnecessary hour trying to figure out how to pull fan unit and old radiator out. I didn't see that detail mentioned anywhere so I figure I would save someone the headache....(and the time).

I also broke one of the brackets for 1 of the 2 screws on the fan unit haha....so I have ziptied it snug on that side until I figure out the more permanent solution. For some reason, My heat refuses to come on, even after my car has warmed up to temp...not sure if its just brick outside, or if we inadvertently messed something else up.

No need to buy OEM, it's $500 or so. It's probably made by Denso or another OEM supplier. Koyo and Denso make high quality parts, I've used Koyo radiators in the past without issue.

When refilling coolant, you will either need to get the funnel or jack the front end up to get the radiator cap high (that's what I did). Air gets trapped in the heater core very easily and for whatever reason it's annoying to bleed out. I had to bleed 3 times to get it right. Still an easy enough job.

The front end of my FX was lifted, followed the process to rid bubbles, but I too, now have a heating issue in the car. 72 feels like 62...and its pretty chilly outside.

What’s a good replacement radiator for a 2nd gen fx. Don’t know if I sjouke just get the oem one or aftermarket
