need to find a used ECU

Hello guys I don't know if this is the right spot or if it would be in the electrical section. But last time I had my car in the shop due to check engine light coming on they fixed the problem, It was the cam or crank sensor, one of the two. But they could not get the ECU to reset I have even tried to reset it unplugging the battery cables. The dealer said they are sure that the pin sized hole that was causing the sensor to fault out had possibly sent a spark into my ECU and is making it read a code that is not there. The car runs fine and they have done diagnostics on it and still nothing. So im trying to find a used or new ECU "POSSIBLY" used because I know it will be alot cheaper. I have looked everywhere for one and cannot find one! I am hoping you guys might be able to point me in the right direction, I hope :( Thanks guys for any help..
 
I have an ECU that I messed around with that might be able to help you.

What year is your FX and what package does your 45 have.

I had to wait 3 months to get one actually made at Nissan of Japan.
 
I have called BOTH of these places and HC ECu wont work either I think this will be harder than I had thought, Thinks guys for your efforts. the search contiues..
