Need some help with sub install

hey guys whats up, im new to the forums, juts got an 04 fx35, i have a set of jl audio w6's and a 1000w crunch amp that i wanna install, but i would like to keep the stock radio i like the clean look.. so what i wanna know is will i need a adapter to be able to hook it up to the stock radio, how and or where will i connect the amp, oh and btw i dont have navi just the normal screen, thanks for helpin
 
look at the Bose wiring diagram, and figure out where you need to cut.
Some guys just take it to the Stereo shop...

if you search this section, you will see others that has done similar as you asked.
