Need some help, I can't decide!

So I got the BC race coilovers all set to install but I wanted to get the wheels on first so I can go as low as I can right out the gate. Problem I am having is what wheels to pick now.. I originally wanted the CV5 Vossens but they are not out in 22s and after contact with Vossen it sounds like it might not be this year.. My favorite for a while were the CV3s.. love em.. easy choice right? well now I found out the CV4s are out in 22s and they are pretty damn sexy! So what do you guys think? Here are my options I am kicking around:

1. CV3s 22x10.5 all around

2. Cv4s 22x10.5 all around

3. Wait for the CV5s next year/possibly later this year and just install the coilovers with the stock 20s and spacers for now


Edit: quick insight to me an my situation ect. Money is a little tight right now so the wheels have been put off for at least a month.. I spent a lil more than i planned on my vacation last week so I need to save some more up again. Also, this will proly be the only wheels I get for my FX.. I don't have that "change the wheels out every year money" and had to save for what I have now so I'm looking long term here! :tongue: My toys have dwindled down since having my 2 boys... (my oldest just got a brand new pair of DC shoes ($50) in the mail on Tues, wore them Wed. for the first time and came home from daycare with the toe of one shoe completely gone with his sock showing.. kids are gonna start getting expensive!)

LOL thats the other kicker... I would def. do a BBK with the CV3s.. Who am I kidding.. I will do a BBK with all 3 choices... :tongue: It never ends!

I'm with you 100%... I just hate blending in with the crowd on the road.... On another note I guess if I wait for the CV5s it would give me enough time to save for the BBKs at the same time.... At least if I lower it on the stockers it will have a diff. stance than everyone else...
 
Lowered and some 25 mm spacers all around with stockers will set you apart from the crow already. :smile (2):

but they don't have them in 22" yet. CV3's are great looking wheels, just too many cars around that have them.

How about other brands like Rohana, Vertini, Nutek or Niche wheels?
 
Ive been keeping my eye out for some diff. wheels/brands... I'm just in love with 5 stars, I had 2 diff. sets on my M3, a set of 22s on my envoy, a split 5 star on my audi and a split set on my acura... Those cv4s would be stepping out of my box for sure.. I like the 7s too but like you said no 22 and if I'm waiting I am def. waiting for the 5s. I love the stance of the vossens. The side angle of the 10.5s just look so good! Plus there fitment is near perfect given they are 40 offset. I will prob. hit the wheel shop again and go through some more of there books just to get another look.

There are no cars with vossens in my area.. Hell, there isn't even an FX with any wheels/aftermarket parts period.. I was def. going for "first"
