Hi,

I just registered with this site so I am very new. Just looking for info on new tires. I live in Michigan but I do not want to get any snow tires, just all-weather. Any links or user recommendations?

I don't know what size you're looking for 20" or 18" so those are all the sizes. I've used these tires for a couple years.

hi, i'm looking for the 'best bang for buck' tire set that i could use on my fx with 20" wheels all year around.
can someone please direct me to the correct tire sizes, brand and place to buy. thanks!

thanks! $560 is a decent price +s/h. I did a little research and found this size to be good: 275/45/20. Now how does this compare to 265/50/20? my car is on stock springs. i want a fat-filled look on the tires if you know what i mean. my car has the stock goodyears on it now that feel like they are following the road. i don't know the tire size on top of my head tho. it snows for about a week here in cincinnati so an all season set is the way to go.

275/45 is going to be smaller than stock, and looks funny on stock springs. why not just stick to 265/50R20? Seems like everyone wants to change it just to be different. If it aint broke dont fix it, no?

see?

edit: that following the road or "hunting" is going to happen even with new tires. its inherent in the vehicle's stiff suspension, and no so much in the tire itself

Thanks for posting a link of my 275/40's.... 275/45's will look fine and are only .3" smaller than stock.

Here is a 275/45/20

what is the stock size of tires that comes with the car? i need to go out and check, but it's sooo cold here that i've just been staying indoors lol

my m3 used to 'follow' the road too, till i changed the tires from mich pilot sports to general uhp's... now it rides like it's glued to the ground! that's what i figured was the same issue with this car.

I got stock size 20" Michelin Latitudes - all seasons don't come any better. Went through two sets of OEM GoodYears, got tired of it, took the plunge and got myself some Michelins. A 'no regret' decision - smooth ride, killer performance, look great

I'd keep mine Potenzas, Michelin would make the ride too stiff i believe.
