Need help with Window ASAP!

I was installing some more sound deadening material in the driverside door and I removed that metal plate off the door to install behind it on the door skin. I had to loosen the bolts that hold the glass since it's attached to that metal plate but when I installed everything back and checked the window operation the glass makes a slight scape noise going back up. I made sure the bolts were tightened. I don't know what to do! Any idea??
 
Alignment off ever so slightly?
Maybe try this: Loosen bolts - push pressure to one side - hold and retighten. Try it and see what happens. If needed try pressure to the other side.
 
make sure the white plastic where you screw in the bolt, is sitting behind the window regulator for the rear doors, and in front for the fronts(i think),also the material you install, make sure its not in the regulator's area of movement.
maybe you need to reset you windows regulator, there should be a button some where on the regulator,as you're holding that down, tap your window up , up, up,up til it closes all the way up, then press it once again to let it roll all the way down.
did you take your windows off or tape it, or did you just leave it sitting on the frame?
