I am looking to get Verde Parallax v39 wheels for my 2009 fx35. The wheel specs are 22x10.5 with an offset of 45. I lowered the car with H&R springs. Would I have any rubbing issues with a 285/35/22 inch tire. I also want to use a spacer in the rear which is 25mm. I currently have it on my factory stock 20inch wheels.

Any help or recommendations would be great!!!

45 wont be flush and with a 10.5 inche wheel that might be to close to the strut... someone else did 22x10.5 +45 with a Niche concave wheels and the axle stuck out of the center cap hole. i think they have another offset in the 30ish area. that might be safer.

They have the same wheel with a 25 offset. I'm scared it will rub and I really don't want to do any modifications.

a lower offset means it will stick out more and be more flush with the fender. the higher the offset the closer to the strut. offset is measured from the inside of the hub to the mid point of the wheel.

If you use the 25mm spacer, you're going to be at +20 which will probably rub if you're lowered and you don't roll your fenders in rear. In front, you won't rub at +45 if you don't use the spacer but it will be close to the strut.

Thanks for the help. If I get 265/35/22 tires would that help. I am going to order the wheels later this week. Any ha good ideas on 22inch concave wheels that are not forged and crazy expensive. I have been looking on google and not that many pics of FX35 second generations that are done up .

Smaller tires would help, but it may not be necessary. For just about any 1 piece concave rim, the concavity is determined by the wheel width. Offset has nothing to do with it since they change the offset by adding or taking away material from the backpad (the part that mates with the hub). They basically just cast or forge 1 shape per width and then simply machine material off the backpad. So if concavity is your concern, just get the 10.5" wheels in a higher offset like +45 and then play with spacers to get the look you want. I will look identical to buying a lower offset wheel without spacers.

I'm running 20x10.5" wheels on my 1st gen. I run smaller tires 275/40 which are smaller in diameter. But my car is slammed and I'm running +5 in front and +0 offsets in rear, which are much more aggressive than most people would opt for. I have to run smaller tires for clearance, it was my last option after rolling my fenders as much as they will roll. If you don't have to run smaller tires, don't. It looks a bit funny if you're not slammed. There's a post of a 2nd gen, the guy who got the Niche wheels and he's running 265's on a 10.5" wheel, they look tiny.
