Need help with replacing radiator

Long story chart, was changing the fans out, and when removing the top radiator hose the connector(plastic) broke

Tried jb welding it, no go

Ordered new radiator, need a write up

Can anyone point me in the right direction

Ive looked all over and YouTube, nada
