Need help with Megan lowering

I read the tutorial but I am having trouble. It seems it got higher up after I tried to lower the driver side. The car was level when I first installed megans. Now passenger side is good bit lower. I am trying to make the driver side match.

I moved the rings on the driver side to match(measured from top of strut tower assembly) how can I get the silver part up to the lowest ring?

That's the tutorial I read. The rings were never adjusted when I unboxrd them

I now have two rings at the top. I was confused by all the ABC ring talk. And since mine were 2 at the top 1 at the bottom it just didn't look right. I figured it out. May lower it more now that I know how quick it can be done. Not sure how low I can go with out rolling fenders
