Need help with cruise control steering

OK, so none of my steering wheel controls were working and my memory seat was working intermediate. so I changed the clock spring and now all my controls work BUT my cruise will not! The light comes on and it beeps but will not set and the adaptive cruise, acceleration will not work. Also, my steering wheel does not move when entering or exiting the car yet the seat does. Any ideas? I'm sure there's a freaking sensor or something that's bad, please help, Turbo, Andy? you guys know these things best any help would be appreciated!

Not sure why the cruise control have a problem with your clock spring. If its the correct one, it should work as before. One way to test if there is a problem with the replacement is do a continuity test of the pins on the top of the clock spring to the bottom pins. See pictures below for pinouts. As for the steering wheel moves up for exiting or entering, have you check the settings on the Vehicle Electronic System menu?

Thanks and I'm sorry, I should have better explained. My cruise wasn't working before then, out of all the controls on the wheel cruise on/off was the only one that did prior to changing the clock spring. Now all functions work on the wheel but even with the new spring it does the same thing, the cruise light in the dash comes on and it beeps, but will not set, acc, nothing. I feel pretty confident that its not in the clock spring but somewhere else, a sensor, relay or cruise unit itself. Any other ideas?

And yes, as far as the steering wheel memory I have checked and rechecked all the settings in the menu with no luck. I can adjust the wheel up and down and in and out with the switch but it will not adjust on enter or exit.

OK, I have checked and rechecked everything and cannot find anything wrong. Except, I have my summer wheels on and one of my sensors in one of the wheels is bad and I have not taken the time to trace which one and replace it. COULD THIS AND WILL this prevent the cruise from working? I know the tire is inflated but the computer doesn't, this would seem like a likely culprit as for safety reasons like the windshield wipers/ rain will also prevent it from setting. Any thoughts?
