Need help with choosing Lug Nuts

i wonder does Project Kics Neo Chrome fit with my wheel setup i have a 09 Infiniti FX35 with GTR Rims .. My friend who some of you might know Rav Spec said it won't work because of the type seat? IE Ball Seat or cone seat? i have no idea what he is talking about but if i can't use Project Kics what other choice do i have?
 
12x1.25 is the thread size, "60 degree taper seat wheels" is what mine say. No reason why the Kics shouldn't work as long as you get the right thread size.
 
Did he explain why, or just say it wouldn't work? Maybe he thinks they won't because the GTR wheels are OEM wheels and they usually use a different lug nut type.
 
Project kics will work with GTR wheels
the project kic R40 neo chrome will rust inside the lug

I suggest the Projectkic Revo the have black or red caps you can get to cover them up
or The Kics caliber the come in blue titanium and are heptigonal (7 sideded) like the Nismo lugs
 
GTR wheels use the traditional tapered style. It's the 370Z and some other newer Nissans that use the shank style which has the washer on it. The two types aren't compatible. But you're fine with aftermarket lugs.
 
GT-R wheels have tapered(conical) seat. Go with Muteki lug nuts, best bang for your buck. They are made by Mackin Industries(Rays, Volk, Gram, Advan etc). We have all colors in stock if you are interested.

Don't spend 200+ dollars on a set of lugs...

I wanted to spend 200 bucks on center caps and realized quickly that was retarded.

We do not. We only have Muteki, Blox and NRG lug nuts. Also some H&R bolts for BMW, Audi, VW and Mercedes.

:plus1: not worth it. Muteki has the same quality as Project Kics and they are also made by the same manufacturer as Muteki(Mackin Industries)
