Need help with a part number

I have searched everywhere and cannot find what I'm looking for! I was under the car today and noticed the rubber oil line on the side of the oil filter housing is starting to leak a little. Do any of you know what the part number is for that line? And also what the part number for the oil filter housing gasket as I might as well change them both while I'm at it as I know they are prone to leak over time as well. Thanks in advance!

The rubber hose that runs from the bottom port of the oil cooler to the engine is a coolant line.
