Need help with a 2010 Lexus GX460!

I know this is an issue with Lexus but I don't want to join a Lexus forum just to ask one question. Anyways my Uncle is having a few issues with his GX and the dealer doesn't know what to do.

1. Seat belt and seat rattle pretty bad when cruising.

2. When you come to a stop at a stop light and your sitting there the motor starts to rush itself and you can feel the car wanting to go forward. You have to REALLY hold the brake pedal to keep it from moving. It feels like the car is wanting to lurch forward.

3. At low speeds (parallel parking, pulling/backing into a driveway) the brake pedal pulses and you can hear this mechanical noise under/behind the dash. It feels like the brake pedal has a vibrator in it.

Any help guys? Dealership hasn't been too helpful with it. Trying to help my uncle out here.

oh and having another problem that when you go up in a driveway at a slant the rear trunk door makes a creaking/rubbing noise. Sounds like some kind of chassis flex.

Looks like Lexus is heading the way with Mercedes and BMW with all the electronics crap they stuff in there. That's a shame

lol he was originally going to get a new QX but went with the Lexus instead.

It's been in the shop numerous times already. They replaced the computer for some stability control rollover issue that was a recall. Also had about 2-3 other recalls and bulletins fixed. Also had a problem with the rear suspension going over bumps. It would make some type of noise that an old box spring bed makes when going over bumps.

I'll tell him to mention the vacuum leak to the dealer. Or maybe try another dealer?

Brought it to the dealer again and they still don't know.

There also is another issue that popped up. When your sitting in idle the car shakes violently for a few seconds then stops. It does it every now and then when the A/C is on. Never use to do this before when it was brand new. It has 15K miles on it now. The Lexus dealer is pretty much useless when it comes to fixing these issues

Drive it off a cliff. All those issues would drive me up a walll and countless trips to the dealer and still no resolution. I would try another dealership. Sounds like the mechanics there are useless. Pulsating pedal could be the abs modulator to a abs sensor. The high idle could be a vacuum leak or a bad iac sensor.

If you have a "Lemon Law" in your state use it to give this one back and get a new one? I believe in Georgia the dealer has 3 attempts to fix a problem and then the lemon law kicks in.
